Terms of Service

MatchDirector is a tool for designing competitive shooting stages. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform infrastructure

• Use the platform to store, share, or transmit content that is illegal or harmful

• Create accounts for the purpose of spamming, fraud, or misrepresentation

• Attempt to access other users' stage designs without their explicit permission

Stages you design in MatchDirector remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your stage layouts, designs, or creative work. You retain all rights to export, share, print, and use your stages however you choose.

The MatchDirector platform, codebase, prop library, and all associated trademarks are proprietary. You may not copy or reproduce the platform itself.

If you choose to make a stage public, it may be featured in the community stage library — a browsable collection of stages that other match directors can reference and adapt. You can set your stage to private at any time to remove it from the community library.

MatchDirector is provided as-is. We work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, but we make no formal guarantee of availability, data persistence, or uninterrupted service. We recommend exporting a PDF of important stages as a local backup.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
